Lindsay Pollock Co-owner and Coach

Lindsay is a UCLA graduate, where she was a member of the varsity Women's Rowing team.  As an athlete she competed at the NCAA National Championships and was named the athletic department's 'Athlete of the Quarter' in fall '09.  Over the past 5 years, Lindsay has been coaching people with diverse athletic backgrounds, everyone from first time exercisers to professional athletes.  She is a National Strength and Conditioning Association Certified Personal Trainer and a CrossFit Level 1 Trainer with experience coaching clients privately, faculty and staff members at UCLA, and athletes at CrossFit Tel Aviv in Israel.  As a Los Angeles native, Lindsay looks forward to contributing to the renaissance of Downtown LA and is passionate about helping members realize their health and fitness potential.  


Davon Geralds Coach






Davon has been a competitive athlete since age 8.  He started his athletic career playing baseball, basketball, football, running track, and wrestling.  He was recruited to play football at Michigan State University, where he graduated in 2009.  When his football career ended, he studied Muay Thai kick boxing and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu for 3 years.  His love for CrossFit began in 2011 when wanted to train for the Warrior Dash.  He found a local CrossFit, got his butt kicked during his first workout, and hasn't looked back since.  Davon is CrossFit Level 1 certified, and spent the last two years coaching and training at CrossFit Route 1 in Boston.  Davon is a Type-2 diabetic and takes his health and fitness seriously.  His goal is to motivate others and educate people about diabetes prevention and help those with diabetes control it through proper diet and exercise.   


Danny Henry Coach

Danny Henry Jr. is a graduate of San Diego State University in the field of Exercise and Nutritional Studies with and emphasis in Kinesiology. Danny is a National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA) Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS). As one of Los Angeles' most well respected weightlifting coaches, he takes great pride in maximizing every athlete's strength potential.  Danny has participated in amateur and professional sports for his entire life, and continues to pursue education in the latest strength and conditioning trends and techniques.

Andy Harder Coach

Andy Harder is a Boston University Graduate.  Andy was a 4 year Army ROTC scholarship winner and is currently serving in the Army National Guard as a Medical Service Officer.  Andy was formerly a competitive Junior Elite gymnast.  Andy has competed on the state, regional and national level in gymnastics.  He is a former gymnastics coach of 3 years.  Andy is a Crossfit Level 1 trainer.

Blake Altemara Coach

Blake joined the Army when he was 18 years old and did 2+ years in Iraq with the 101st Airborne Division by the time he turned 22. Moving to Southern California shortly thereafter, he discovered Crossfit and appreciated the camaraderie of it all. He liked how people of different backgrounds come together to test their limits and realized it was a seamless transition from the military. He was the first ever Mens Paleo Challenge winner when training down in Newport Beach with Orange Coast Crossfit back in 2009 and has been Crossfitting ever since. Blake is currently studying at the University of Southern California getting his degree in Business Administration. When Blake isn't doing Crossfit you can usually find him reading about the stock market, foreign affairs, or eating avocado's. Blake has an endurance emphasis and has done the Long Beach Marathon along with multiple half marathons. If any of the members want to organize a team for Tough Mudder, Spartan and/or Zombie races he is the guy to talk too.


Elisa Terry Coach

Elisa is a physical activity nerd, enthusiast, activist, teacher, and coach. It's her profession and passion.  She is both a graduate of UCLA and the current Fitness and Wellness Director.  Elisa is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, a USA Weightlifting Sports Performance Level 1 coach, a CrossFit Level 1 and CrossFit Football trainer, and a yoga teacher with 500 training hours.

Vivian Nguyen Yoga Teacher

Vivian is a Southern California native, she grew up surfing and ocean swimming which is where her love of movement began. After college she worked as a staff accountant and it was her yoga practice that kept her from lashing out at her husband on a daily basis. She soon said goodbye to her desk job to conquer her fear of public speaking and pursue teaching people how to do a down dog with correct shoulder alignment. Vivian has a 200 hr Yoga Alliance certification in Hot Yoga where she studied under Jason Wilkerson, soon after she completed another 200 hr certification in Vinyasa flow from Corepower Yoga. Vivian is also an Integrated Yoga Tune Up® teacher and is in her 2nd year at Loyola Marymount University where she studies yoga therapeutics. Her classes are a reflection of her philosophy, that yoga can relieve your pain, improve your posture, and enhance your performance in whatever it is that you do. When she’s not making killer playlists for her classes Vivian enjoys finding new restaurants and ordering way too much food. Her favorite food group is wine, especially when paired with reality TV.
