Our mission is to get you looking, feeling, and performing your best! We strive to provide you with the coaching, resources, and atmosphere to help you achieve your goals, no matter where you're starting out.
What We Do
We recognize that CrossFit can be intimidating for new comers, but we pride ourselves on being a welcoming environment for people of all fitness levels. We've implemented a detailed two hour fundamentals class or a personal one on one with a coach, and a functional movement screen with our resident chiropractor. All of this ensures that you acclimate to our fitness regimen in the smoothest way possible, gives us an opportunity to get to you know you, learn what your goals are, and set out steps for you to achieve them.
213ers are an amazing bunch of people. We have members ranging from all ages, athletic backgrounds, and fitness levels. You're likely to meet close friends who you'll hang out with outside the gym, and at the very least, you'll have welcoming people around you at all times who motivate and encourage you to give it your all.
We program our workouts with our members and mission in mind. Our workouts are designed to get you looking, feeling, and performing your absolute best. With consistent effort, your body will look more athletic, you'll feel great knowing you can conquer any physical task, and your body will perform efficiently in the way it's intended. We incorporate a variety of movements from different sports and training techniques. Our workouts combine movements in creative ways so that you improve upon all aspects of your fitness, without overdoing or neglecting anything.
Our coaching staff is the best. Fitness knowledge and certifications are prerequisites for any coach, but what sets us apart is our sincere interest in your improvement. We don't feel good about our work unless you are satisfied with your progress, and that's why we go above and beyond the call of duty to make you better. We are all self diagnosed fitness nerds, always seeking out new knowledge and best practices for all things movement related. Like any nerd, we love talking shop and incorporating our insights anywhere possible. Our coaches are not only patient teachers, but top notch athletes who walk the talk.
We offer a variety of class options with programming to meet your fitness goals. Want improve your general fitness? Take our All Levels CrossFit classes. Want to improve your cardiovascular fitness, endurance, and stamina? Take our HIIT-X classes. Want to improve your strength and explosive power? Join our Barbell Club. If you have injuries or more specific goals, we will always adapt any workout to meet your needs.
