Fundamentals
Upon signing up, we require each new member to complete a Saturday fundamentals session with one of our coaches to learn how to execute movements properly and progress yourself safely. Our goal is that you leave this session knowing basic safety pointers and form.  This session will allow you to transition into regular CrossFit classes with more confidence in your skills and abilities.  If you or your coach feel you need more individual attention prior to entering a group class setting, this will be coordinated on an individual basis.  

CrossFit All Levels

Once you've completed your fundamentals session with a coach (or you have 3+ months of recent CrossFit experience), you're welcome in our all levels classes! Workouts are different everyday and are programmed with the goal of improving all 10 physical fitness skills: endurance, stamina, strength, flexibility, power, speed, coordination, agility, balance, and accuracy.

HIITX DTLA
HIITX does not require that you finish fundamentals before attending and can be attended with your free class pass. HIITX classes are cardio-intensive, bootcamp style workouts. They're longer, higher repetition, and do not incorporate any barbell movements. Workouts are designed to improve your aerobic capacity and stamina. Perfect for people who want a heart pumping, sweaty workout, and for those training for endurance events like triathlons, mud runs, swimming, biking, rowing, or running races.

Barbell Club
Barbell club is for members who've completed fundamentals and have at least 3 months of general CrossFit experience. Barbell Club will train olympic weightlifting and power lifting technique and accessory lifts, with the goal of improving your lifting efficiency and strength. Perfect for athletes who are looking to compete in CrossFit or Weightlifting events, or simply for those with a specific interest in olympic weightlifting and strength training.

Open Box
This is time during which you can use the gym however you'd like, so long as you don't disrupt our class and respect our equipment. You can complete a workout you missed during the week or work on skills that need practice.  Please inquire about open box hours as they are not listed on the schedule.
