Wod:

1. 18 min to do 5x3 front squat at 80% of 1 rep max

2. 12 min to do 4x5 push press (increase in weight every set) From Rack

3. 10 min to do 5x2deadlifts (work up to heavy set of 2)

***If you finish a movement before time runs out, move on to the next one
