Find your 1rm back squat OR do 5x5 speed back squats at 60% of 1rm

  • 8 overhead walking kettlebell lunges (L arm)

  • 20 kb swings (american style... 53/35)
  • 12 toes2bar
  • 8 overhead walking lunges (R arm)
