Find your 1 rep max Front Squat

Wod:

Death by Squat Clean (135/95)

1 rep= min 1, 2 reps = min 2, 3 reps = min 3, go until you can not make the total reps for the matching time.

When knocked out, do burpees for the remaining minutes until last person in class is done. same number of burpees every min from the last round of Squat Cleans. 

**Example, if your knocked out at 5 min then you do 5 burpees  every min until last person of class is done with workout
