  • Day 2 Grass Hoper (R+L= 1 rep)

  • Day 4 Pull Ups
  • Day 5 Ring Dips
  • Day 6 Box Jumps (24/20)
  • Day 7 Push ups
  • Day 8 Jump Squats
  • Day 9 KB Swings (green/blue)
  • Day 10 Wall Balls (20/14)
  • Day 11 Burpees
  • Day 12 Single arm OHS W/kb
