6 Week Couch to CrossFit Bootcamp

THE C2C BOOTCAMP IS:

  • For BEGINNERS seeking a body transformation with hard work via fitness and nutrition.
  • LIMITED: to a maximum of 20 participants.  Our coaches will give you their undivided attention throughout the process.
  • ENCOURAGING: designed to keep you keep you motivated and gradually increase your fitness level in a group setting with like-minded peers.  Our goal is to teach you about CrossFit to get you in the best shape of your life in a fun and safe environment.
  • PERSONALIZED: workouts and nutritional guidance will be tailored to meet your body and fitness needs.


C2C BOOTCAMP INCLUDES:

  • 18 coached/personalized workouts (3/wk)
  • fitness+nutrition tracking
  • 1-on-1 goal setting session w/coach
  • before/after body fat and fitness assessments
  • encouraging/motivating environment
  • community of like-minded peers

WHAT TO EXPECT IN 6 WEEKS:

  • lose 2-6% body fat

PRICE/SCHEDULE:

  • START DATE: Sunday, March 6th at 9:30am
  • $250 upfront, all inclusive
  • ONGOING schedule options
    • Session 1: Mon @7:30pm or Tues @6am
    • Session 2: Wednesday @7:30pm or Thurs @6am
    • Session 3: Sunday 9:30am
  • COMMITMENT: show up for 3 workouts/week at CrossFit 213, complete 1 extra workout/week at home, and follow our nutritional guidelines.
