40 Handstand Push Ups
*Break up the reps however you'd like for maximum quality, ie do the most challenging version/modification of each movement so that you can't do more than 5-8 reps at a time.
15 minute AMRAP:
partner 1 runs to olympic/back
partner 2 does AMRAP manmakers until p.1 returns
*1 manmaker = w/2 kettlebells: burpee, deadlift, clean, thruster, lunge on each leg
