5x5 Sumo Deadlifts

*try to add 5-10lbs to last week's sumo weight.  If you did't try them last week, find a weight that feels challenging for 5 reps.  Reset the weight each rep.

10 Partner resisted sprints w/a band the length of the basement.  Hold your partner so that it takes him/her 30-45 seconds to get to the end.  Rest as needed.  

Sneak in a total of 30 Handstand Push Ups during rest periods.  Break the reps up as needed for max quality.
