Five rounds for max reps (not time) of:
- Bench Press (RX is bodyweight, but set weight for a challenging set of 8-10 reps for the first set if that's too heavy)
- Pull Ups
*strategize how you break up your reps, i.e don't max out on your first set! ;)
Between 2 people, row 5,000m for time. Break up the meters however you'd like!
