Find your 1rm back squat (2+ months experience)  

Find a weight very challenging for a set of 5reps (<2 month's experience)

  •  Thrusters (95/65... Modify with 40% of your back squat 1rm or choose a weight you can do 12 consecutive thrusters with on your first set. If you can't, the weight is too heavy and it becomes a different workout than intended)
