A. For time:
- 30 Pull Ups
- 30 Jumping Squats (choose a point on the wall or a pull up bar that is very difficult for you to reach, don't count the rep unless you touch it)
*break up the reps as you like, go for max quality
B. Partner WOD
5 rounds for time (each person does 5 rounds of rowing and kettlebells)
- row 300m
- 3 turkish get ups w/right arm. on 3rd TGU, keep weight overhead and take 8 walking lunge steps. Stop and do 3 TGU on your left arm, and do 8 overhead walking lunges back to the beginning.
