"My pet rock": chose a medicine ball (20/14) and complete the following without dropping your rock.on the floor.    do 5 burpees immediately if you drop your pet rock.

4 rounds, 1min rest in between

5 minute amrap: 

20 wall balls

16 walking lunges  holding your rock at your chest

12 mountain climbers with your hands on the ball (your pet rock can be on the floor for this) 

8 overhead sit ups
