Strength/Skill:

Find a Heavy set of:

     1 Squat Clean (Floor) + Hang Clean + 1 Front Squat

Metcon:

5 Min AMRAP for 3 Total Rounds

     40 Double-Unders

     12 Toes-to-Bar (INT: Knees-to-Chest)

     9 Front Rack Lunges (RX:95/65) (INT:75/55)

     *Rest 1 minute between each round

(5 Min of work + 1 minute of rest x 3 Rounds = 18 total minutes)
