     Warm-up: Hip Mobility + Glute Activation + Proper rowing technique

Strength/Skill:

     Find a 1RM Front Squat (NO Pause)

Metcon:

Complete Rounds for 20 minutes of:

     5 Strict pull-ups

     10 Push-ups

     15 Goblet Squats (RX:55/35) (INT:35/25)

     20 Pulls on the Rower
