Warm-up: Hip & Overhead mobility + PVC Pipe Snatch Technique

Strength/Skill:

    10 Minute EMOM of:

    Squat Snatch (Floor) + 2 Hang Squat Snatch + 1 Overhead Squat

    Note: Start at 65-70% of 1RM - Weight can increase or decrease

Metcon:

Complete As Many Rounds as Possible in 15 Minutes of:

     3 Hang Power Snatches (RX:95/65) (INT:75/55)

     3 Toes-to-Bar

     6 Hang Power Snatches

     6 Toes-to-Bar

     9 Hang Power Snatches

     9 Toes-to-Bar

     12,12, 15,15, 18,18,..

Increase by 3 reps until 15 minutes are up.
