Warm-up: hip mobility/ glute activation

 

 

Strength/skill:

        20 reps of Back Squat at 80lbs less than your 5 rep max.

        Last week of 20 rep back squats :)

        *If you dont have a 5rm, start at 60-65% of 1rm
