Two schedule announcements for you!

July 4th HERO WOD @10:30AM!

Join us for a special Hero WOD! Open to members, family, and friend. Modifications will be provided for all levels.  Stay afterwards and have a beer with fellow members and coaches post WOD!

As Many Rounds As Possible (AMRAP) in 60 minutes
17 Power Cleans (135/95 lbs)
75 Air Squats

At the end of each round, unload the barbell and carry it 200 meters away. Return to the plates and then carry one forward to the barbell. Retrieve the second plate, carry it forward and reload the barbell for the next round.

Coach Liz revamped the Barbell Club programming!  Work on your skills, mobility, and strengthin a class entirely dedicated to weightlifting.
