Warm-up:

     Shoulder + Hip mobility/ Empty Barbell C+J Technique

Strength/Skill:

      Find a Heavy 1RM Hang Clean + Jerk

Metcon:

Complete a total of 5 rounds, completing 7 sets of the following sequence each round, without setting the bar down:

Power Clean

Front Squat

Push Press

Back Squat

Push Press (from behind the neck)

*Your objective will be to move the most weight possible over the course of five rounds.
