Monday:

Warm-up: Hip Mobility & Glute Activation + Empty Barbell Work

Strength/Skill:

Work  up to 70%+ of 1RM Power Clean

    Then: Every Minute for 10 Minutes Complete

    3 TNG Power Cleans + 5 Front Squats + 1 Jerk

    (Increase in weight every min. if possible)

Metcon:

    14 Minute AMRAP of:

    10 Burpee Box Jumps (RX:24/20”)

    20 Handstand push-ups

    10 Deadlifts (RX2:225/155) (RX:185/135)
